and Transfers Policy


Attendance, Late or Missed Sessions

Late arrivals or missed sessions will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. All programme sessions will begin promptly as scheduled to ensure fairness and consistency for all participants. If you miss a session, or any part of it, you will not have the opportunity to attend that session at a later time. To avoid disruptions and maximise your experience, we strongly encourage you to arrive early for each session and each day of the programme. Your punctuality is essential to ensure a seamless experience for yourself and others.


Payments, Refunds, Cancellation and Transfers Policy

Legislation may grant certain rights, warranties, guarantees, and remedies relating to the services and programmes that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified, including, but not limited to, those under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These statutory rights are fully upheld and are not excluded in any way. While we comply with the ACL at all times, any additional refunds, cancellations, or transfers outside these statutory rights are at our sole discretion. To secure your place in the programme, full payment must be made in advance, as spots are limited. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, unless you cancel within 3 business days starting from the day you register. Dissatisfaction with outcomes or emotional responses does not entitle you to a refund unless a major failure under the ACL has occurred.

(a) Forfeiture of Payment
If you fail to attend a programme, workshop, or seminar without prior written notice or approval, you will forfeit all fees paid and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

(b) Payment Options and Risks
Participants who choose to use third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Zip, Klarna, and Pay in 4 (PayPal), acknowledge that these payment arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective payment providers. By selecting one of these payment methods, you enter into a separate contractual agreement with the provider, and any disputes or issues regarding payments, refunds, or financing terms must be resolved directly with that provider. We do not assume liability for any actions, fees, or consequences arising from your use of these third-party services.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend the programme for which you have registered, we offer the following transfer options:

(a) Transfers to Another Programme Date
You may transfer your registration to a future programme to be given within the twelve months following the programme for which you registered.

(b) Transfers to Another Participant
You may transfer your registration to another participant (“New Participant”) under certain conditions. The New Participant must meet all programme prerequisite requirements, as well as the medical, health, and other criteria outlined in these Participant Terms.

(c) Conditions for All Transfers
● Transfers are only permitted for the full programme; partial transfers (e.g., for one day or less) are not allowed.
● All transfer requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled programme start date.
● Transfers are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
● A transfer request will incur an administrative fee of AUD $50.

We encourage careful planning to ensure your ability to attend and make the most of your programme experience.

(d) Programme Rescheduling
In the event we need to reschedule a programme, workshop, or seminar, you will be offered the option to transfer to the rescheduled date or receive a credit valid for 12 months.

(e) Force Majeure
We are not liable for non-performance or delays due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or a credit.
