Accountabilities
Reporting to Denise Schelbergen, Managing Director of Creating Worlds Pty Ltd, the Head of Sales and Registration Australasia/Pacific will be accountable for:
Order fulfilment effectiveness rates at 95% or greater, through improved customer relationships, efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in a streamlined registration process.
Customer satisfaction ratings at 95% or greater, reflecting excellent service throughout the registration process with timely issue resolution.
Data errors at 4% or lower, through data integrity and smooth operations, effective management of registration systems, databases, and software tools.
Sales targets met or exceeded at 90%, with strategies implemented that successfully expand the market share and increased revenue.
Client retention rate at or exceeding 90%, through strong relationships built and maintained with key clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will have deep experience in starting and scaling an international sales program in the human potential business, especially in the areas of large group training, corporate leadership and communication, and personal development. In addition, the candidate will have mastered the following areas:
Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales plans that meet or exceed targets and grow market share.
Strong People Management Skills: Experience managing and motivating sales teams, with a track record of setting clear performance targets and providing coaching to drive results.
Analytical Skills: Expertise in market analysis, including the ability to interpret market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.
Client Relationship Management: Proven success in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to adapt sales approaches based on changing market conditions.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively lead teams, negotiate with partners, and engage with clients.
Results-Orientation: A track record of delivering measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the human potential movement and marketplace, including trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Proficiency with Sales Tools and CRM Software: Experience using sales management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analytics software to track performance and manage client interactions.
An advanced university degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Flexible working hours.
Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will include significant revenue sharing, profit sharing, and other consideration. In addition, the Head of Sales and Registration will complete on scholarship the full curriculum of personal, professional, and leadership development as part of their on-boarding and product/service knowledge.
